If you need gentle, effective therapy, this is it. I love massages for general relaxation, but Bowen therapy is more therapeutically effective for me. Gary is gentle and efficient, and on my first visit, I wondered whether it was actually doing anything for me, but by the time I got home, it became clear that the problem I had gone to be treated for had been relieved! Gary will never pressure you to come in for more visits than are needed. For me, that usually means one, three at maximum. Bowen therapy works!

Yes! They didn't give me the full massage I paid for
