I love this Hospital!

Called this afternoon got the operator and asked to be transferred to the Primary Clinic per my doctor's order. The operator was very rude when I asked to be transferred. She said they close at ? and I asked excuse me but I didn't here what was said she then told me 4:30, 4:30, 4rrrrr:30 Monday thru Friday. I then told her she did not have to be rude. I hope the supervisor over this department reads this and has her wrote up for being disrespectful to me. Apparently this person has no clue on how to talk to people who call this Hospital. I am not from Shreveport, I don't know anything about the Primary Clinic, I don't know the days and times this clinic is open. I will be making a formal complaint against this operator. The time and date this happened was Friday, January 30, 2015 at 4:30 p. m.
