They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The ER doctor and nurses were great. Two of the ten floor nurses were also good but the remainder of the eight nurses were rude, mean and provided very poor care letting my daughter sit in a urine soaked bed, refusing even basic hygiene and not responding to multiple requests for help with protracted vomiting and telling us medication had been discontinued when subsequent nurses said they were still available and administered them.. Also not checking IV's and letting them infiltrate along with not performing basic nursing assessments. I am an RN is was completing disgusted with the abuse of care.
Do not go to this hospital if you are having a baby and you care about the outcome. Please go to a hospital with qualified professionals. Out of 3 births in my family, all had major mistakes and one ended with a tragedy. Go to Regina or anywhere else.
