The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The office was easy enough to find. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
