They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. The lack of care that my mother received was very upsetting to me. After two long and horrible days, she was removed and taken to a rehab facility. She would have gotten better care at a dog kennel!
