My Grandmother stayed there and the staff was nice and the facility clean, but the billing is an ongoing nightmare. She had Medicare and private insurance that covered what Medicare didn't. They didn't bill the other insurance and came after me instead. They sued me not once but twice for the the stay and the meds. They refuse to answer me as to why the other insurance was never billed. If you like long, ongoing legal battles, then this place is for you.
