If I compare Autumn Leave Nursing Home to others in their field, I would say they're the worst, but they definitely could do better. The staff on the 3rd floor seemed unconcerned, unprofessional and very rude. They do not answer their phone and if they choose to, they are extremely rude and very argumented. They made no attempt to follow up with me and refused to react toward me in a professional manner when attempting to speak with Erica about my personal concerns. I'm very concerned about the reactions of the staff regarding your love ones once they are placed in their care/hands and their mannerism portrays a very negative overall view of Autumn Leaves Nursing Home! Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, Erica would avoid the issue at hand and this is extremely frustrating. She consistently dismissed my concerns until Ms. Fox stepped in and provided me with the information I needed. I don't trust the staff on the 3rd floor to ever look into my concerns and feels nothing will ever be done!
