Putting a loved one in a long term care facility is an emotional process and not one you do very often. All the more reason you need a staff who follows through on what they say they will do. The staff at Bath Manor made a lot of empty promises. They had the audacity to assess my father's needs when they knew I couldn't be there after they made an appointment with me to be there at a certain time. Then they incorrectly assessed my father's emotional and physical needs and when I called to get the whole story from the staff who was supposed to meet with me, they wouldn't take my calls and still haven't returned them. They have a terrible annual survey report and their administrator tried to brush all of the findings under the rug. They are a bunch of liars and are unprofessional. Please think twice before trusting your loved one to anyone in this facility.
