They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The equipment at this nursing home was current and safe and I knew that my loved one would be receiving the highest quality of care.
