All I will say is simply this: Visit the facility on a weekend before you place someone at Belaire. During the week the "Staff" is stumbling all over each other, but during the weekends there is nothing but an overworked skeleton crew working. The rooms are furnished like a skid-row motel and my Vets office is cleaner by comparison. We stayed with our family member 24/7 for several days until we could relocate them to another facility. I cannot believe anyone would honestly rate this facility above the minimum.
