I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. My loved one was neglected and suffered 2 severe, life threatening "accidents" due to there negligence and irresponsibility. They also also lack of compassion to my loved, even completely ignoring her when she needed someone most. I am so happy she survived this horrible hell and is far away from them.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are busy but warm. It is a difficult time when it becomes necessary for a loved one to be cared for outside their home, but I was satisfied with my visit and most impressed with the volunteers. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate.
