The business staff at this nursing told me I had to pay and extra $10.00 a day for a private room for my husband who was there on hospice. I had to pay $172.00 up front, they told me I would receive an OVERNIGHT refund in excess of the time my husband was there My husband lived less than 48 hours, He passed away March 17, 2016 at 3 pm. Today is July 7, 2016 and I still haven't received my refund in the amount of $152.00! The business staff continues to give me the run around. The nursing staff was excellent, but the business staff lied about the refund!!
