It's shocking how little they seem to care about patient service. From my experience It appears as if patients are never put first here. The some of the staff is incredibly rude at times to patients and seem to care more about themselves. The staff is not tuned into giving care to a 95 year old lady. She is wheeled in the bathroom and expected to wash and dress herself. She very particular about washing her back which is har for her to do. I visit there every other day and today she was in tears because a staff said she lied. This lay DOES NOT LIE and does want to get any in trouble. She falls and is not to do things on her own but some do not care.
