I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are very attentive to patients and work diligently to ensure that their needs are met. In addition, the facility is clean, warm, and inviting to family members. The facility actually smelled fresh on the many days that i visited. I had to remind myself that it was a nursing facility and not a hospital. I was so impressed with this facility that I have change my whole outlook about skilled nursing facility care.
