Crescent City Health Care is beyond awful. Every time I visit I am apalled. Certainly there are some kind and attentive employees but overall the place is uncaring and filthy dirty.
Does not deserve a star but there was no other option--perhaps a negative star.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
