one of the evening-shift female nurses is a total bitch!!! I don't know her name but she appeared to be Asian, small & short & appeared to be nursing in charged because I saw her giving instructions/telling other nurses on duty]. She complaint everyday [she only worked during weekdays, not on weekends] that visiting hour is over & that I needed to leave & I kept explaining to her that my mom doesn't speak English & that she needed translation that none of the staff members can speak her language. I told her I will only stay until I feed my mom before I leave. My mom ate frequently with very small portion meals, so she got hungry every couple of hours. I also assisted my mom to use the restroom instead of having to wait for awhile for assistant from the staff members. She should be grateful that I'm helping out with taking care of my mom instead of being rude & bitchy all the times. Also, one of the night shift CN was very rough in assisting my mom to the restroom during the night [since I had to leave & not allow to stay overnight]. My mom doesn't speak English & therefore cannot tell the CN to be gentle with her surgery leg instead of roughing her onto the toilet seat. My mom was screaming in excruciating pain. When I returned in the morning around 5:30am, my mom was in tears because of her pain.
