The Eskaton Care Centers bring together quality rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in an environment of warmth, dignity and respect. Our emphasis is on rehabilitation, and, when possible, discharge to home.

Residents who enter an Eskaton Care Center receive a comprehensive evaluation to determine the services needed. Led by the resident's physician, a plan of care is developed by a multidisciplinary team including licensed nurses; physical, speech and occupational therapists; social workers; dietitians and certified nursing assistants.
