It a "C" facility in Saline Co. The physical care is adequate. The facility is bare and feels like an institution. There is no segregation between residents so very problematic patients such as screamers are next to people trying to sleep at night. Laundry is a real problem as the nursing home does not return clothes of the residents to the right owner of the clothes. The social environment is depressing.
