Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I left with no question unanswered. They were so thorough with their answers and really went above and beyond to ensure I had a great understanding of their nursing home. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. The CNA staff is amazing and I wouldn't trade them for the world they work so hard to make my mom feel at home, I appreciate everything that they do. They really do go above and beyond for how much they have to get done in one day.
