My mother was there after having a tracheotomy. She had COPD, emphysema and a lung obstruction, thought to be cancer, but she was too weak to be biopsied. The tracheotomy was irreversible. I wish we'd just let nature take it's course, but they were good to her there. Seeing PG Hospital being closed, I wondered about this place.

I worked there for many years. I never encountered rude or lazy employees. I am shocked at some reviews. Administration needs to work with department heads to demand rules are to be followed, otherwise some people will be let go. Every patient and family member should receive caring staff that is willing to make patients feel safe and respected. following the facilities guidelines.
