The staff here are very friendly. However, they are terribly understaffed and the patients have to wait a VERY long time when they call for assistance. My father waited 50 minutes to get someone to help him get out of bed into a wheel chair. While I was there, I even went out and ask them to please get him up so we could take him for a walk around the building for some fresh air. Again, we waited close to 45 minutes. They are apologetic but said that they just don't have enough staff. They need more staff desperately.
I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. This provider has helpful information available online, but its hard to find. I wish they had more of an online presence. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
