1 star is really not a reality they are worth NO STAR . If you have family or a friend in Granite Hills you need to get them out of there . I have gotten the San Diego Grand Jury to render an indictment against them and they will be shut down soon .
I can not legally go into detail as it is going into litigation as soon as the indictment is served .
I can say this much legally my wife has been physically beaten by a staff member on numerous occasions and she has dementia and Ahlzheimers and she has no idea who she is or who anyone is and she has no brain so I am moving her so she be cared for properly . Get your loved ones out of there before the doors are closed , chained and locked .

My wife got into a altercation with a resident and a nursing staff member got in between them , grabbed my wife threw her to the ground she sustained a large hole in the back of her head , she had to get rushed to Alvarado and Granite Hills is denying this ever took place .
I am now working with hospice to find her a new place . The next most urgent matter is that the Federal Law for these types of facilities is running blood tests and urine tests and they have never done one in a year now , and Alvarado Hosp. at my request ran blood and urine test and told me that she has a very serious urine infection and she will be admitted . I had Alvarado CHECK MY WIFE'S RECORDS AT GRANITE HILLS AND IN A YEAR NOTR ONE TEST WAS EVER DONE ANOTHER VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW AS OF November 23 2016. THEIR LICENSE IS EXP;IRED BY 2 YEARS AND THEY NOW HAVE 245 BUILDING , FIRE , AND CITY CODE VIOLATIONS AND NO AIR CONDITIONING . Don't hurt your family members they don't deserve this place.
