They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. (initial visit in 2002)

They favor certain patients and the lack of discipline is from top to bottom. Organizational mess. High amount of "incidents" per year. <---quoted from a fire chief

I took my dad out recently due to one of those incidents. It was a major one, in my opinion, life or death. There have been minor incidents throughout these past years.
