I was not happy. My husband was here on hospice. The nursing home employees kept sending to the hospital, which is a no-no. After this happened several times the hospital & doctors had me to move him to a different nursing home. Wolfe Living Center at Summit Ridge where he lived & loved.

My Grandma Is 91 & We Had To Put Her Here In January & I Must Say That I Have Been VERY-VERY HAPPY With The Care They Have Provided Her!! When I First Walked In The First Thing That I IMMEDIATELY Noticed Was That It Does NOT Smell Like Urine, Which Being A Nurse Myself & My Wife Being A Nurse Also We Were Amazed At That Because Lots Of Places Do!! The Staff Is Always Friendly & Have Taken Excellent Care Of My Grandma, & She Can Be Challenging At Times Since She Has Gotten Dementia That Pretty Much Effects Her At Night Only(Some People Call It Sundowners), But When She Starts To Get Confused, Wow I'll Tell Ya, It's TOTALLY CONFUSED & She Can Become Quite Belligerent, But They Just Deal With Her With Kidd Gloves!! I Have Been Very Happy & Very Relieved That The Place Has Been So Great & That They Are All So Friendly & Are Taking Such Good Care Of My Grandma!! Even Though She Dug In Her Heels At First & Didn't Want To Go & Was Even Talking About Jumping Out Of The Car, She Has Even Said She Likes It Alot & That They Take Great Care Of Her & Are Very Sweet & Helpful To Her!! All In All, It Is A Great Place In My Opinion & I Hope This Helps Somebody Interested In Placing A Family Member Here!!!

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, they were very calm and understanding
