Heritage Gardens Health Care Center is a 110 bed skilled nursing facility which cares about their patients and staff. There is a distint unit which offers rehabilation services for those persons recovering from surgery, stroke, deconditioning. Physical Therapy , Occupational Therapy and Speach Therapy are provided in clean, comfortable, supportive suroundings. There is also a unit witch provides long term care / coustodial care for persons who require help with the activities of daily living. The facility is staffed with RNs, LVNs, adn C.N.A.s around the clock. Staff get many positive comments from patients and families.

Recent Reviews
The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
