The entire Heritage Team is caring and compassionate. I would recommend their care to anyone in need of short-term nursing and rehabilitation services or long term nursing care. This facility needs a new administrator. Someone that knows what is doing..... Our health care system give licenses to Administer a nursing home to people that it is not prepared and do not know this business. The disappointment is that we let this happening. I feel that it is unfair that a person needs to reveal their identity in order to process this review. I do not have nothing to hide so here it is......
