The staff has a mixture of old and young ,complex patients. They have so much maintenance , it is hard to tend to anytning besides problem behavior, They so what they can.

my aunt was admitted to this hospital on a monday. as of thursday 3 days later the phone operator claimed 'she was not in their phone directory' --though we had visited her in her room and knew she was there. i called several times, the last time the switchboard disconnected me.

i hope the nursing care is better than the staffing at the phone central station.
