It was a very nice facility and was clean. All of the staff was nice and friendly, especially the rehab staff. From the ones I met they are all nice enough to the patients. The only fault that I could see while visiting with a friend in as a patient in the two days I was there, is they are very understaffed when it comes to nurses and aides. The first day I was there and the old lady needed to use the bathroom and turned on the call light, it was 30 minutes before I finely went to the desk and told them that she needed them. I could have helped her, but she was on oxygen and I did not know how much to set it on or what their rules was on helping her. Twice while I was there they did not come when called and the first time there were to other lights on that they had not checked on. I realize that a lot of patients ring the call button for every little thing and keeps the staff busy, but if it had been an emergency or one of them had fell out of bed, then they would have been in trouble.
