Terrible place. Don't let your loved one suffer the indignities and mistreatment that this facility is known for. Some of the staff does care, but not the management, who are terribly incompetent and seem to change often. Terribly under-staffed. Residents are ignored and often suffer injuries as a result. Just visit sometime if you can get someone's attention to even let you in! Hospice is often unable to access this facility. Currently, air-conditioning is unavailable and a resident has been hospitalized with Legionnaires' disease. Your loved one deserves better!

I was a patient in Keystone a few years ago. I am a young person and was there for physical therapy. I was treated very well. I was treated with respect and my personal issues were addressed with concern and confidentiality. I now live out of state but would like to give thanks to all who took part in my care.
