my mother was in this facility. at 1st we thought everything was great however the nurse didn't make rounds every 2 hours so the c.n.a.'s we're not supervised. the evening L.P.N. Amy didn't check my mothers blood sugar every 4 hours as ordered. the D.O.N. ' R.N. ' she was the worst. she was always on the defensive to protect her staff and didn't keep an open mind to hear the families concerns'.. also the D.O.N. didn't look at the broadest view of the a changings condition of the patient / resident. these nurses forgot the ethic ; I will be generous in rendering care. the L.P.N. Amy evening shift should be fired along with the D.O.N.. Dr. C. was not a good Dr..
