DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! This is a horrible, abusive nursing home. We are actively trying to get our Mother out of this abusive place, they should be closed down. My Mom is in there for rehab and she has deteriorated about 85%. They ignore her requests to use the bathroom, allow her to soil herself and clean her when it suits them. The smell in the place tells me it is not just my Mother they do this to. We were there today to visit, called for a nurse as my Mother needed to have a bowel movement. Twenty minutes later no one answered the call. We went to find someone only to meet up with a very hostile nurse who insisted she had just gone and if we had a problem with it to see her supervisor. The supervisor was just as combative. The end result was they spend almost 30 minutes arguing with us and no one ever took her to the bathroom. She had an "accident". We went to inform the nurse she needed to be cleaned and they still ignored us. There is supposed to be a daily log kept of all activities. The log had not been filled out in days. While one nurse was arguing with us, another nurse went in through the adjoining room and "filled in" the chart to current. She must have an amazing memory that she can write in dates, times and activities for several day. My Mom is now very confused, scared, shakes all the time and cannot even sit up. She was NOT like this when she was admitted. We will be filing a complaint with the State. This place needs to be investigated preferably by a news reporter with a hidden camera to expose the abuse. My mother had told me via phone how things were, I thought she was exaggerating. She was NOT! I live out of state so I am not able to be there daily. I am horrified at the living condition and mental abuse my Mother is being exposed to!

This facility is the WORST. The administration doesn't communicate with the family. They let people waste away. They cut off therapy. Don't let your loved one spend one night in this place.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
