Rooms no ac
Patients some mattress on dirty floor
Male patient walking around in diapers no attendant
Patients sleeping in dining,recreation,visiting area because of heat
My mom to receive morphine was given tylenol instead lack of communication.
Family waiting area no ac ceiling fan broken.
Are elderly deserve better.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
