We are a Skilled Nursing Facility providing 24-hour nursing care with Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies. We provide short and long term care is a homelike setting. We have a van to transport residents to medically necessary appointments. We have more RNs than most other similar facilities with LPNs to compliment the care. Our CNAs are warm and friendly in the personal care they provide.

Services Physician visits monthly unless needed more frequently. Nurses trained in IV therapy and pass medications. CNAs provide personal care for each resident. All therapists do their own evaluations and treatments. Dining Services prepare meals and set up the snack cart daily. Activities take the residents fishing in our own pond, provides games such as air hockey, chess, checkers, bingo or Wii games. Social Services coordinates the discharge plan of care and makes arrangements for care at home. Let us be your "home away from home". Additional Services Short term Rehab and Long Term Care
