The administrative staff starting with the director of Magnolia Manor has the most none caring and uncompassionate attitude with the people who actually do the real work. I have seen nurses, assistants and even the volunteers treated poorly by her and people in management positions there.
They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax.
