- Said patient was cleared from physical/occupation therapy. Patient was weaker than when they arrived at the facility.
-Staff lacked integrity and was very dishonest in reporting the status of the patient to the family members prior to discharge. Said patient was cleared for discharge.
-Discharged the patient even though the patient was not well enough to go home. Patient still had an infectious bowel situation, pneumonia and other issues.
-They really don't comprehend the concept of providing care for geriatric patients.
- It was a very frustrating situation for my family members.
- Just wanted to get my relative out of there alive!
