Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.

The Center is really nice. We are very new to this tpe of facility, but everyone there was very helpful in all aspects of our inquiries, needs and desires.. We want this move for my mother to be as seamless as possible.
