At this point I really am almost too angry to discuss it.

My brother, Pat Miller (Faith 2 East, Rm. 14) has, in sequential order as relayed to me, has lost his cell phone, then he has taken his sim card out, and then he has taken his battery out. He is quite capable of losing his phone I am, sure. although II suspect your staff is lying to me on that, given that the other claims. Even if my brother was inclined to take the sim card and battery out, he is in all probability incapable of doing so.

He seems to not have a workable room phone either and I was told it is being repaired. It hasn't been working for over a month. Surely, you can see why such a story's veracity is suspect.

I want a phone in his room and I want to know what happened to his cell and I want one of your staff to spend the perhaps 10 minutes/day that it takes to remind him to plug in his phone.

T'annita Bell, his incompetent and uncaring social worker, should have my phone number.

Very truly your,
Mike

My brother is a resident in the nursing home. I live on the west coast and unable to visit. The staff has got to be the rudest staff there is. They do not return my phone calls when I want to inquire about him, his well being and it is like I am a pest or anything. I have called Vanita (his social worker) and left a message as she was busy and I have called the nurse in charge of his floor's nursing station, Diane Peterson, and left a message as well, and no return call from either of them.

Yesterday, though, was the final straw. I had sent him some presents a year ago and found out today that either he didn't get them or they were stolen or for whatever reason, he doesn't have them. They were to help him make his life easier, considering his disability.

I have no idea what is going on but these people have got to be thee most uncaring, incompetent people there are, at least on the administrative side of things. They won't even help him work his phone or teach him so phone calls are impossible.

I can't even find out what is wrong with him even though he told his nurse to grant me access to his files...so I give up.
