The staff was caring and attentive to the resident. However he did have some difficulty understanding the rules and how they apply to him. I Would like to see a little more time spent on helping people understand where they are and the reason rules are needed for each and every one.

I overhear staff using profanity in the hallways. This is from the administrator (who is verbally abusive to her staff and very unprofessional) to the housekeeping staff. Not a very good atmosphere. Some of the staff are very good; you wonder why these few good people are stuck working here. The grounds are poorly kept and the facility is a little shabby and run down. There does not appear to be enough work space for the nurses in their office. The CNA staff are unskilled and uncouth. Poorly staffed also. Overall, just a poor facility, I'd say 2/5..

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
