I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. and it seems that they were understaff by the way they were acting!
