It is very clean and quiet. The workers who care, care a lot, which made me not give a one star review. The ones who don't give a hoot about their patients make it blatantly clear. Multiple times I heard aids bad mouthing other residents, including my own mother who is a resident, and cussing about difficult residents. My mother had multiple times where she felt put down and even scared to ask for help when certain workers were on. There are no phones, TV's or clocks in the rooms. In my experience with medical patients and the elderly, this increases risk for depression and confusion. My mom says the food is wonderful as well as all the therapies. T

I've had two family members here in the past 7 years and they were very professional,comforting and helpful in every way. The facility is clean and offers a beautiful view of the dunes as well as a kitchen and nice living room to gather in when needed. No complaints at all.
