My mother was in here for rehab. The nurses all looked like residents--and they never responded promptly when I called them from my mother's room. When they did show up, they seemed confused or were downright rude and obnoxious. There was a LOT of screaming in the hallways: residents rolling around on the floor, shouting obscenities, yelling, walking into rooms aimlessly. It looked like a scene out of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Mostly, I found the nurses to be cold, obnoxious and rude. They weren unwilling to answer my questions and concerns.
