This newly renovated facility, is all brand new! The staff has been very nice, giving loving and caring attention to my father. They've been able to address his medical needs with there skilled staff.

This facility is obsolete, that is why I give it only two stars. It has not been updated since it was built, which I think was the 1960 or1970's. The nursing staff is still using paper files for the residents/patients as they have not be given so much as PC to enter or retrieve vital information. The building has a fowl smell all the time, and the A/C is only vented in common areas. The bedrooms, where the patients spend 95% of their time, are not. This summer my relative's bedroom neared 95 degrees during the summer heatwave!
As far as the nursing staff and support staff I'd have to give them collectively 3 stars. Some are outstanding and excellent at what they do, while others are just checked on auto-pilot and seem to be to burnt out.
If we could, the family would move my relative and I would not recommend this facility to a family member who looking for a skilled nursing facility for their loved one.
