Not very kind about answering their phones. I have been trying for over 24 hours to reach desk and it has been busy the entire time, including in the middle of the night. Thinking that this could be indicitive of the care family member could be receiving. Even sent in a repair ticket through the phone company. There is nothing wrong from their side. So it seems when the people at the home don't want to answer they just turn it to a busy cycle. Now I am wondering what else they do, that makes it convenient for them NOT to be available to do their Jobs. Very Scarey....
