84 bed medicare/medicaid sub acute and longterm care facility. We offer sub acute rooms that have phones, television and cable. Our new high tech therapy equipment will get you on the road when used with our experienced Therapists and staff. Our home lie atmosphere gives our residents a warm and welcoming feeling during the stay. Many services are offered at our facility. My father was in the facility for rehabilitation for approximately a month. During that time, he was told to "hold your pee, and stop ringing the bell", "you have to poop on the bedpan 'cause I'm not getting you up, it'll hurt my back", and "what's wrong with you, exposing yourself like that?" (My father had been left with no diaper or pants on, in a hospital gown, and had brought his foot up over the opposite knee because he was in pain).

When/if they brought my father into the dining area, they had cartoons playing on the television...cartoons!! This isn't a daycare, it's a nursing home! On another occasion, I was straightening his bedcovers in order to better cover my father, and one of his meds were in the sheets. Seriously??
