All good ratings are not correct this nursing home is awful! Lisa the office lady is rude to residents! Isabel is awful housekeeping manager she wet dust mops with water just mops with no chemicals. The Administrator Josie is rude and needs to learn how to talk to people. The ADON Trish is very bipolar her mood swings make it hard to deal with her. Linda Joyce a LVN that works there leave her treatment cart open and residents could get into the cart get medicine then they would get sick! Someone should close that nursing home down!

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
