I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
