I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer.
