We won Long Term Living Magazine's 2009 Optima for our successful effort to eliminate our tray delivery food service and offer 24-hour dining. Part of our Eden Alternative philosophy of care.

Services We base our elder care on the Eden Alternative philosophy of care.

The Eden Alternative culture change philosophy focuses on giving care in a vibrant habitat full of life-enriching opportunities rather than providing "treatment" in an institutional setting. This is done by incorporating plants, animals, and children into daily life.

We offer long term, short term and respite stays. We offer Elder care, Alzheimer's Care, Rapid Recovery / Rehabilitation Therapy and much more.

My Grandma was here two different times, when it was owned by the sisters she was treated well. The second time she was told multiple times to “pee her pants” they didn’t have enough help to assist her to the bathroom. When family called to complain there was an excuse even though this happened multiple times especially over night.
Family also had questions l/concerns about the bill to be addressed instead of Rolling Fields/ Heritage ministries calling back they just keep sending bills. This issue has been going on for almost a year with no resolution.

my grandma was there in 06 to07. it was beautiful and the staff was also caring hearts and treated my gram with respect and love. they do care and love what they do there and that's the way it should be, so many homes foreget how care and love,most are about money. the envirment is wonderful. you never want to put the people you love in ahome, but this one is acaring loving place the elderly deserve. thank you for truly caring. tammy jones
