I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They didn't display their qualifications. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I was treated terribly. The receptionist are gossiping and talking bad about other staff members. pounding the radio and get upset when you asks questions and need their help. At times you get one or two nice receptionist, but for the most part they are rude and unprofessional. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I believe they should change this staff because they represent the company as a whole.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the place is clean, most times its not. I understand that the population served there is severely mentally ill, but really? Puddles of urine in the stair wells? The Social Services staff is wonderful and largely the most help you'll get, the rest of the building is largely useless. Again, the nursing staff and CNA's are hit or miss, some of them are great and the rest are just "here".
The administration is a mess though, totally unorganized and dismissive, though are never short with the lip service. Most of the people living here dont come here by choice, they are referred from psychiatric wards of the hospitals they were sent to from other homes. The neighborhood is awful. Garbage in the streets, no parking anywhere, and large groups of people just hanging out on street corners. The poverty and homelessness in the area is heart breaking, but it contributes greatly to the safety issues.
