They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. They do not care about their doctor or nursing care and do not want to hear from you if there are issues. Do not put a family member there that is taking medications. The Dr and Nurse overdosed a loved one and died from complications.
The administator said please let her know of any problems but when their Dr did wrong, she said to go after the dr and took no responsibility.One LVN was wonderful. We put clothes out daily and in the cold winter did not dress the family member appropriately. The rehab was ok and food good.The nurses need training in an emergency when someone is ill. The tv remote rarely worked or disappeared. If this sounds shocking, it is all true and this is very painful to write or think about. Being a Christian, I have forgiven but will never forget. I hope no one else ever experiences what we did at this facility.
